We recommend flying into Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), as it is the closest airport to the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. Please note, it’s a smaller airport with limited airlines flying there, but it offers the convenience of being just a short drive away from the hotel.
For guests flying into SRQ, there is a convenient and affordable shuttle service: the Breeze 76 Flyer. It operates Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM, in intervals of 30 minutes. The shuttle will take 10 minutes to get to the hotels and 25 minutes to get back to the airport. The shuttle costs just $2.00 per person and will take you directly from the airport to major hotels in the area, including the Ritz-Carlton and Embassy Suites, and offers convenient service around the downtown Sarasota area. Alternatively, you may choose to fly into Tampa International Airport (TPA), which is about an hour away from Sarasota and offers more flight options.
